日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok 的全球商业营销（GBM）团队致力于帮助品牌以真实、有效且基于文化的方式展示自身。在全球商业营销团队中，营销解决方案团队负责通过引人注目的营销策略、叙事和内容，将 TikTok 的广告产品和解决方案变为现实，从而推动业务发展，产生商业影响。

1、协助项目经理处理日常任务，包括项目的发送和交付、记录项目信息等； 2、支持项目经理完成本地化测试项目，包括缺陷记录以及推动解决缺陷； 3、协助团队成员进行不同方向主题的调研，并撰写和管理相关文档； 4、处理团队分配的其他日常任务。

1、本科及以上学历在读，英语语言文学、翻译与口译等相关专业优先； 2、每周至少能够工作4天，实习至少三个月； 3、拥有出色的中英文口头和书面沟通能力； 4、工作积极主动、有条理，注重细节，能够同时处理多个任务； 5、能够在压力下工作并在项目交付时间较紧情况下完成任务，必须以诚实和专业的态度处理涉及项目的机密和敏感信息； 6、优先考虑具有出色学术成就和相关实习经验，或熟悉计算机辅助翻译平台（如SDL Studio、XTM Cloud或WorldServer），或了解基本网页工程语言（HTML，CSS及JavaScript）知识的候选人。
