日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、负责支持视频内容的后期处理与品质优化，确保最终输出符合预期的质量标准与品牌呈现要求； 2、对视频成果进行整体质量评估与分类归档，梳理优点与改进点，为后续优化与反馈循环提供依据； 3、在客户、创意团队和技术团队之间协调创意反馈循环，推动快速迭代和交付，提高创意生产效率与合作体验； 4、负责日常运营协作，包括管理合作伙伴反馈、跟踪创意制作进度、组织周会对齐需求和项目进展，推动跨团队协作，确保试点项目顺利执行； 5、协助制定和执行I2V全球/区域产品推广及用户增长计划，通过跨区域的营销活动、合作推广、案例包装等方式，提升产品知名度与客户转化效率； 6、协助运营海内外用户与合作伙伴反馈渠道，收集和整理用户使用体验、创意表现数据、视频输出问题等信息，推动产品和创意解决方案的优化迭代，提高合作伙伴满意度。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、广告、商业管理、传媒、数据分析方向优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，具备多文化沟通或海外学习/工作经验者优先； 3、具备出色的沟通协作能力和客户服务意识，有与内部或外部合作伙伴/客户协作经验者优先； 4、熟悉视频制作工具（如剪映、Canva、Premiere）或对AI创意工具有兴趣者加分； 5、具备基本的数据分析能力，可将数据整理为结构化报告；熟悉市场调研、用户洞察、广告或内容运营者优先； 6、每周实习5天，可连续实习5-6个月以上者优先。
