1、参与重复度与多样性模块的技术落地，协助推进极端重复广告治理、全链路类目打散等工作，支撑提升广告内容多样性，完成用户兴趣探索的业务目标； 2、优化互动排序模型，进行长序列建设、模型复杂化等模型核心迭代，支撑排序模块的多互动信号融合； 3、主导基于LLM的底层能力建设，落地用户意图识别与广告内容语义理解技术，以大模型为核心融合多模态表征能力，为全链路体验优化策略提供核心能力支撑。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，机器学习和模式识别相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，对人工智能类产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟悉C++和Python语言者优先； 4、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、分布式计算、计算机视觉、计算机图形、语音识别与合成中的一项或多项； 5、对推荐系统、计算广告、搜索引擎、对话问答、图像和视频分析处理相关技术有经验者优先； 6、具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
