日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与国际化广告策略设计与开发，跟进从需求评审、开发到上线的全流程，协调推动相关业务团队高质量落地； 2、围绕流量策略核心链路，整理、验证并分析广告实验数据，在保障用户体验的前提下提升变现效率； 3、通过数据分析、需求调研与用户反馈，洞察并优化潜在需求，提出可验证、可落地的优化方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有良好的自我驱动力，并行推进多项任务并稳定交付； 3、逻辑思维缜密，具备扎实的数据分析能力，善于从数据中定位问题、推导结论。
