1、负责开发和维护客户及代理公司，分析前端需求，驱动合作伙伴在资源和人力上进行投入，提升服务生态良性循环；深入合作伙伴的各方沟通，通过专项、培训、中高层谈判进行赋能，从而推动双方目标共同增长，实现共赢；开发潜力代理商或合作伙伴，协助代理通过高效的市场推广方式进行拓客，建立和维护高价值合作渠道的合作关系； 2、提供代理商系统性培训，定期跟进业务和项目，且提供广告主品效多元市场推广解决方案； 3、对跨境行业有经验，能判断行业趋势动向，把控媒体的价值结合点，有效判断合作伙伴和客户的痛点；结合国际行业趋势洞察和流量采买赋能代理商，实现业绩增长； 4、通过数据分析、行业洞察，能够针对性地给到定期复盘和规划，确保目标拆解和执行落地的达成率。

1、本科及以上学历，英语交流较为熟练顺畅，3年以上互联网广告销售经验优先； 2、良好的人际交往、商务谈判和内部协调能力，有较为优秀的市场推广能力优先； 3、保持开放的心态，具备较为严谨的逻辑思维，复杂问题的决策能力及高效的执行力； 4、工作的主动性和自驱力较强，可以适应快速变化的工作环境，具备求真和求取共识的意识。
