日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据监控与诊断：搭建并维护客户广告消耗实时看板，归因分析客户业绩差异（国家/行业/产品维度）； 2、业务分析支持：挖掘高潜力客户的增长机会点； 3、参与团队AI探索及赋能项目，将LLM、Agent、飞书自动化等能力落地到实际运营场景，完成轻量工具或工作流搭建，推动信息整理、内容生成、数据处理等高频工作提效； 4、其他商业化国际化广告业务的相关运营工作，与销售等相关团队进行合作，推动关键GTM项目的执行和追踪。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、统计、广告等专业优先； 2、英语可以作为工作语言，具备优秀的英文听说读写能力； 3、学习能力强，有产品运营、数据分析实习经验和AI工具使用经验优先。
