1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、在数字营销、交易或广告行业担任产品营销经理或营销经理岗位有实习工作经验优先，具备流利英语口语优先；具备交易，广告平台方面的知识和经验者优先，有与产品团队合作并影响广告产品路线图的经验优先； 3、能够与全球团队和合作方很好的跨部门合作；具备较强的关系管理、协作、谈判和影响力； 4、具备较强的沟通、演示和分析能力以及较强的项目管理和流程管理能力，创建引人入胜的营销信息以与不同受众产生共鸣； 5、快速学习者，具有良好的判断力和创新力；在复杂环境中持续学习成长，具备快速适应变化的能力； 6、拥有整体规划和协调能力，具备主观能动性，愿意接受挑战。
