1、参与制定国际化商业化广告客户及代理体系的运营策略，协助完成客户/代理开发与维护的规划工作；基于市场反馈协助构建需求分析模型，参与设计合作伙伴激励方案及生态运营机制，支持服务生态的良性发展； 2、协助搭建代理商分层培训体系，参与培训内容的设计与整理（含业务逻辑、产品能力、运营方法等），跟进业务与项目的周期性运营进展；同时结合广告主多元需求，参与市场推广方案的策划、落地执行及效果跟踪迭代； 3、参与制定多方协同沟通策略，协助构建"专项-培训-中高层"分层沟通机制，支持专项运营计划、培训体系及战略谈判材料的准备，推动内外部目标对齐与协同增长策略的落地； 4、基于行业与市场信息，协助构建跨境行业趋势洞察体系，参与媒体价值与客户/代理需求的匹配分析，支持合作伙伴与客户痛点研究，并为代理商赋能策略提供数据与信息输入；参与潜力合作伙伴的挖掘分析，协助建立筛选、培育与评估的基本框架，支持市场推广策略的执行与长期合作机制的建设。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，广告学、市场营销、工商管理、传播学、数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、对广告和全球营销趋势有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力与信息整合能力，善于从数据与案例中发现规律； 3、具备良好的人际沟通与协调能力，乐于与内外部伙伴协作，能够清晰表达观点并推动共识； 4、思维活跃、逻辑清晰，善于拆解复杂问题，具备较强的执行力和结果导向意识； 5、自驱力强，适应多任务并行的环境，具备高效的多任务协同处理能力； 6、英语可作为工作语言，有国际化学习、交换或跨文化项目经验者优先；对跨文化沟通与跨国业务协作有热情者加分。
