1、负责字节跳动国际产品的商业化销售工作，开拓与维护有出海需求的中国游戏行业广告客户，完成既定销售指标； 2、建立与客户的深度合作关系，解决销售过程中的各种问题和挑战，通过跨部门、跨公司的沟通，推动解决合作中存在的问题，提供定制化的解决方案； 3、定期定量进行客户拜访与电话回访，与客户形成良好的合作关系，收集一线产品信息与意见，并拓展新客户资源； 4、熟悉广告业务和产品知识，能通过数据统计、监控、分析，给客户提供优化建议和提案并推进客户实施落地。

1、本科以上学历，3年以上销售相关工作经验，有游戏行业发行和广告销售经验优先； 2、熟悉移动互联网游戏行业广告客户需求和广告产品，有游戏客户资源优先； 3、较强结果导向，有敏锐的市场洞察力、强执行力、较好的沟通能力，具备良好的客户开拓、服务能力，优秀的销售、谈判以及英语口笔表达交流的能力； 4、具备一定的账户分析能力及总结能力，逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强，有海外平台广告销售、策划、投放及优化经验优先； 5、有工作激情、勤奋努力、责任心强。
