1、建设国际化金融信贷平台能力，横向支撑基于生态流量的消费信贷、现金贷、商家金融产品能力； 2、参与建设信贷客户资产全生命周期管理能力，建设自营/助贷/联营等多模式下机构资产管理能力，建设信贷资金流动性管理和ABS/ABL/ARP等信用融资能力； 3、参与国际支付金融平台团队工作，包括需求分析、技术方案设计、研发和稳定性建设等，跟随业务发展进行复杂系统架构设计和升级，保障系统设计质量、系统间领域边界清晰且易于扩展，保障高可用性和资产损失防控； 4、深入理解国际化信贷业务特性，推动业务快速发展，优化用户体验，分析现有系统和架构不足，提升系统性能和稳定性，思考业务和技术迭代过程中的问题，结合AI提升工作效率和研发质量。

1、2年以上后端研发工作经验，具备高可用、分布式系统设计和研发能力，扎实的编程基础和工程能力，良好的编码习惯和风格，熟悉Java/Python/Golang/C++/PHP至少一种编程语言； 2、深入理解分布式系统原理并有实际应用经验，具备良好的领域设计、数据结构和算法基础； 3、具备稳定性保障和资产损失防控能力，具备专业的线上问题定位和解决问题的经验，对线上业务安全具备敬畏之心； 4、具备良好的项目管理能力，能够主动进行跨团队沟通协作和方案推动执行，以结果为导向； 5、有金融产品、支付、时序预测相关行业经验、国际化团队工作经验、成熟的AI使用场景和应用经验为加分项。
