1、3-5年支付相关业务工作经验，就职过支付/电子货币机构、银行、金融科技公司、金融机构，或在负责支付相关业务模块； 2、熟悉韩国数字支付行业发展态势与本土商业环境，拥有丰富的本地及区域支付服务商人脉资源，韩语流利； 3、具备支付、电子货币、钱包产品服务、银行业务或商户收单相关实操经验与认知理解； 4、兼具战略规划能力与落地实干能力； 5、有积极进取的创业精神，善于创造性解决问题； 6、具备行业洞察能力、优秀沟通表达能力与团队协作意识，在行业内具备一定影响力，熟悉行业最佳实践与创新方向。
