1、负责室内定位导航相关算法研发与优化，持续提升复杂环境下的定位精度与导航体验； 2、负责室内外无缝定位切换技术攻关，实现不同定位模式下的平滑过渡与连续稳定输出； 3、参与端侧定位方案的性能优化，在精度、时延与功耗之间取得最优平衡； 4、追踪定位导航领域前沿技术，结合多源感知手段进行高精度定位创新预研与技术验证。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，导航、惯导、自动化、计算机、电子工程、控制科学与工程等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握C++/Java/Python语言，具备良好的编程习惯与工程实现能力； 3、具备状态估计、传感器融合、惯性导航解算、定位算法优化等相关研究或项目经验者优先； 4、有移动端定位导航、低功耗算法优化相关经验者优先； 5、对定位导航技术有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的数学基础、问题分析与动手实践能力。
