1、面向智能穿戴等智能设备，参与图形与应用框架的设计、开发及产品落地，建设可复用、可扩展的基础软件能力； 2、根据技术特长，承担应用运行管理、UI框架、公共组件、动效、图形渲染或系统协同等相关模块的研发，提升系统与应用体验； 3、持续优化软件性能、内存占用、功耗与稳定性，解决产品开发中的关键技术问题； 4、参与架构与接口设计、代码评审及工程质量建设，提升框架的可维护性和应用开发效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的C/C++编程能力，掌握数据结构、内存管理、操作系统及多线程基础，具备良好的模块化设计与软件工程意识； 3、在应用框架、GUI、图形引擎或系统软件等相关领域具有项目经验，能够深入理解所负责模块的原理与实现； 4、具备良好的源码分析、调试和问题定位能力，能够结合实际需求进行技术分析与方案取舍； 5、具备较强的学习能力、技术主动性和团队协作意识，关注软件质量与用户体验。

加分项（具备以下任一相关经历即可） 1、有Android、鸿蒙／OpenHarmony、Vela／openVela等终端系统或其他自研应用平台的核心开发经验，参与过应用管理、窗口管理、包管理或系统服务建设； 2、有LVGL、Qt／QML、ArkUI、Android View、Flutter、React Native等GUI／跨平台框架的源码开发、机制扩展或深度定制经验； 3、有前端框架内核或自研UI框架开发经验，深入实现过组件模型、属性与状态管理、布局、事件、数据绑定或动画等机制； 4、有Skia、浏览器渲染引擎、游戏引擎或其他自研2D图形／动效引擎开发经验，涉及文字、矢量图形、合成、GPU加速或渲染性能优化； 5、在智能穿戴、智能硬件、教育硬件、移动端或桌面端，建设过被多个产品或业务复用的公共框架、组件库或软件平台，有应用容器、插件平台、双系统或异构系统协同开发经验，涉及生命周期、权限与资源管理、跨系统通信或服务协同； 6、有性能、内存、功耗及稳定性优化的实际成果，或有相关开源项目的代码贡献与核心模块维护经验。
