1、支持Data算法业务团队，深入了解业务与团队运作模式，承接业务战略并推动人力资源战略在业务部门的有效落地； 2、跟进业务发展及目标达成情况，深度参与业务部门的人员规划、招聘、绩效管理、员工关系等工作，助力业务部门组织精细化管理，提升整体组织运营效能； 3、关注一线业务与团队动态，妥善处理各类员工相关事宜，敏锐感知团队变化、洞察组织问题并推动及时解决，维护良好的团队氛围； 4、能在公司层面变革中，搭建并完善团队制度、流程与体系建设能力，持续推进组织管理方法论沉淀及模式创新迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上HRBP工作经验；英语可作为工作语言、具备数据能力者优先； 2、掌握人力资源各模块基础工作，具备员工关系、绩效管理等模块的实操经验； 3、熟悉人力资源相关政策与法律法规； 4、具备优秀的沟通表达、协作协调能力，责任心强； 5、拥有较强的逻辑思考能力、快速学习能力，能适应公司快速发展的工作节奏。
