1、支持算法团队，深入了解业务和团队运作状况，理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施； 2、关注业务发展推进目标达成情况，通过精细化HR运营管理，加快人力资源服务响应时效，包括但不限于试用期管理、绩效管理、活水异动管理、离职管理等工作； 3、关注一线动态，妥善处理各类员工事件，及时感知团队变化、洞察组织问题，并推动及时解决，维护良好的团队氛围； 4、具备在公司层面变革中，有完善团队在制度、流程、体系相关能力，可以持续推进组织管理工作的方法论沉淀与模式创新迭代； 5、通过数据分析、合作方调研等方式，识别流程中的改进点，做好流程优化与迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，3年左右HRBP工作经验，具备数据分析能力更佳； 2、了解人力资源各模块基本工作，并具备员工关系、绩效等实操经验； 3、熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规； 4、善于沟通，拥有良好的协作能力，责任心强； 5、具备较强的逻辑思考能力、学习能力。
