日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持端到端非全职人力运营（第三方人力资源服务商/业务流程外包/实习生）——管理在岗及人力编制名册，协调经理与第三方人力资源服务商之间的招聘需求，支持入职/合同续签/离职相关后勤工作； 2、担任人力资源对接人，处理实习生的日常咨询（涉及正式员工转正、内部调动、早期职业发展相关问题）； 3、支持HRBP相关项目及数据分析，覆盖非全职员工与全职员工两类资源；协助完成人员名册核对、数据分析工作，并为人力资源部的报告、培训及演示准备演示文稿； 4、为人力资源业务合作伙伴（HRBP）在员工沟通方面提供日语支持； 5、协助组织团队活动及外出团建，支持组织文化（OC）项目，包括奖项与表彰管理、表彰材料筹备及相关文稿撰写。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、面向对人力资源/人员运营领域感兴趣，具备良好沟通及人际交往能力；熟练掌握英语和日语，具备中文能力者优先； 3、熟练掌握Excel（如VLOOKUP、数据透视表），具备较强的数据敏感度和细节关注度；能够谨慎妥善处理机密的人力资源及人员编制数据； 4、具备自驱力、积极主动且注重细节，对运营任务拥有高度责任心并能跟进落实； 5、熟悉设计/演示工具（如PowerPoint），可用于准备演示文稿及表彰材料； 6、能够适应矩阵式工作环境，保证至少6个月的实习时长，并可按照公司的返岗办公（RTO）政策到现场办公。
