团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、基于HR团队业务目标，制定年度系统规划，完成年度立项； 2、制定或审视系统项目计划，监督项目执行并识别风险，确保人力运营团队年度人力系统项目按计划开展、实施； 3、基于HR招聘、入离职、考勤、薪酬、五险一金、绩效、咨询七大主要流程，制定系统迭代方向，确保系统、流程长期可服务于HR业务运营； 4、不断完善人力运营系统需求管理及系统项目管理机制，确保机制有效落地，需求高质量高效交付。

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、计算机、信息管理等相关专业者优先； 2、有系统实施及HR业务经验，有飞书系统项目实施经验者优先； 3、有较强的需求理解和分析能力，系统性和结构化的逻辑思维能力； 4、对业务有深刻的洞察能力，对数据高度敏感，能够处理复杂的业务模型并独立完成配置； 5、有较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力；学习能力强，自驱性；具备高执行力以及踏实肯干的工作精神。
