1、参与CPU/GPU云服务器、容器与微服务、可观测及Agent-Infra等基础设施产品的可靠性建设，理解系统架构与关键依赖，识别并推动解决稳定性风险； 2、与产品研发团队共同参与方案设计、容量规划、性能调优、上线评审和持续演进，把可靠性、可运维性和成本意识前置到产品全生命周期； 3、围绕SLO/SLI建设监控、巡检、变更防护、故障发现、影响面分析和恢复机制，参与线上保障与故障应急，并推动问题复盘和长效改进； 4、通过软件工程消除重复劳动，研发统一运维平台、自动化工具和自愈能力，让大规模集群的交付、变更和运营更标准、更安全、更高效； 5、建设数据化的资源运营能力，围绕交付效率、售卖率、利用率和总拥有成本分析问题，推动资源调度、故障维修与生命周期管理持续优化； 6、参与AI for SRE能力建设，让AI辅助异常发现、调查、决策与处置，并通过确定性执行、评估体系和生产护栏确保能力可验证、可审计、可控制，同时面向内部业务与外部客户处理复杂技术问题，基于事实、数据和系统性分析推进跨团队协作，直至问题闭环并转化为可复用的产品或平台能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、自动化、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络、并发与数据库等知识；对分布式系统、存储或云计算有基本认识； 3、熟悉至少一门编程语言，如Go、C/C++、Java、Python等，能够编写结构清晰、可测试、可维护的代码，并具备基本的调试能力； 4、熟悉Linux基本原理和常用工具，能够从CPU、内存、磁盘、文件系统、进程、网络I/O等角度分析系统行为；能够结合指标、日志和链路信息定位问题； 5、具备良好的工程习惯，重视测试、代码质量、版本管理、文档和变更安全；愿意深入源码和系统底层寻找根因，而不是停留在现象层； 6、对复杂问题保持好奇心和韧性，面对信息不完整时能够冷静拆解、形成假设、验证证据并及时同步风险；有责任心和客户意识，愿意为结果负责；能够清晰表达判断与依据，主动推动跨角色协作，也能诚实面对未知；保持持续学习和自我驱动，愿意挑战既有做法，把一次解决方案沉淀为可以规模化复用的能力。

加分项 1、有操作系统、计算机网络、分布式系统、数据库、虚拟化、调度、云原生或可观测方向的课程项目、科研、实习或竞赛经历； 2、使用过Kubernetes、容器、eBPF、Prometheus、OpenTelemetry、Terraform等技术，或有个人实验环境与真实排障经历； 3、参与过开源项目，提交过可验证的代码、文档或问题分析；有持续维护个人技术项目的经历； 4、对性能工程、容量规划、混沌工程、故障演练、成本优化或大规模资源调度有实践或深入思考； 5、关注大模型与智能体技术，理解AI系统的评估、权限、可观测和安全执行问题，或做过AI工程化项目。
