1、负责字节跳动主机房、边缘机房、专线、传输电路、定制化电路、CDN等网络传输资源的采购工作，包括寻源、招标、价格谈判、合同签订等全流程商务工作； 2、负责维护和拓展运营商的商务合作关系，与运营商开展网络资源的合作与创新； 3、负责对接字节跳动各业务线条的网络资源建设需求，结合行业发展和市场动态提供方案建议，主导制定合理的网络资源供给策略； 4、负责网络资源预算和支出的统筹优化，通过商务谈判、模式创新等方式实现降本增效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工科类专业优先； 2、熟悉数据中心、公有云、传输网络等主流技术、架构和概念； 3、有IDC行业实习经验或商务采购实习经验者优先； 4、有较高的责任心，英文可作为工作语言优先。
