1、负责合同商务OA控制和数据质量监控，保障商务数据的完整性、准确性、及时性； 2、基于合同、验收文档等对项目验收数据要素的完整性、合规性和准确性进行检查； 3、例行展开供应商对账，及时、准确发起付款申请； 4、负责应付发票、单据的流转和存档，负责相关验收文档、账单数据的收集和整理； 5、协助优化对账、付款类操作流程，识别并预警潜在风险，提升主数据的填写和维护效率以及自动化程度。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上商务结算工作经验； 2、有合同商务、财务AP或者企业内部经验者优先； 3、逻辑清晰，思维缜密，具备较强的跨部门沟通能力、组织协调和问题解决能力； 4、具备较高的责任心，较强的执行能力； 5、具备一定的商务英语沟通和写作能力优先。
