1、以全局视角和系统化思维理解IDC业务战略及理念，组织优化、完善IDC业务某细分方向管理流程（包含但不限于规划交付、寻源采购、供应商管理、经营结算和技术创新等），为各业务使用方提供合规、高效、简洁的流程支持； 2、结合团队管理目标及管理诉求，规划和设计IDC相关系统功能，推动建设IDC业务流程系统，在系统效率、合规及延展性上保障部门职能的发展； 3、跟进产品研发规划落地及专项管理，推动系统需求沟通、功能上线测试及培训推广等工作并持续跟踪运营效果，提出优化方案，保障项目的顺利实施与交付并不断沉淀项目管理最佳实践； 4、参与业务流程运营，针对团队项目协作和效率提升，通过数据指标例行分析流程中的共性问题，进行风险预判和事前管理，提出合理的改进措施并跟进解决方案落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，工商管理、供应链管理、计算机和通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑清晰，具备快速学习能力和优秀的沟通能力； 3、具备数据处理能力，熟悉SQL、Python或其他数据分析等工具者优先，掌握Tableau等BI工具优先； 4、对数据中心有基本认知，并对数据中心的全生命周期管理有热情； 5、关注科技动态，对全球AI算力需求、GPU/CPU等硬件更迭以及主要云厂商的动态有一定关注度和敏感度； 6、具有良好的英语水平。
