团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCE【Data Center Engineering】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心的技术支撑和CN自建&合建数据中心的建设交付。职责涵盖数据中心选址、规划设计、技术选型、交付管理、成本管理的全链条实现，同时从技术侧保障数据中心实现高可用、高可靠、高效率的稳定运行。致力于实现新一代数据中心技术可靠性与先进性双突破，同时推进高性价比、高可靠性数据中心园区建设。

1、制定数据中心自建项目端到端交付标准、流程规范和质量管控体系，覆盖容量规划、选址、前期手续、项目实施到验收交维全生命周期，推动标准化快速交付落地； 2、规划和运营数据中心交付平台化系统，将线下交付流程线上化，实现交付进度、质量、风险、资源的可视、可管、可控，提升交付过程透明度和管理效率； 3、搭建可复用的交付管理平台与工具链，沉淀交付知识库、标准模板和最佳实践，为交付经理、前期经理、外电项目经理等各专业岗位提供统一的平台化支撑； 4、识别交付全流程中的效率瓶颈和协作痛点，通过流程优化、数据驱动和工具赋能，持续提升问题关闭效率； 5、与内外部团队紧密协作，推动标准化和平台化理念在组织内落地，引导团队从“经验驱动”向“体系驱动”转型。

1、本科及以上学历，工程管理、土木工程、电气、暖通等相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上数据中心、基建或工程交付领域工作经验，其中2年及以上交付体系建设、流程标准化或PMO相关经验，具备数据中心行业经验者优先； 3、具备数字化转型思维，有工程建设领域数字化系统规划、实施或运营经验，能理解技术方案并与研发团队有效协作； 4、具备跨部门沟通协调能力，能在复杂环境中识别共识、化解阻力，推动标准化和平台化变革从方案到落地； 5、具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析和问题解决能力，能通过数据洞察驱动交付效能持续优化，有较强的文档撰写和体系化表达能力，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
