团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCE【Data Center Engineering】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心的技术支撑和CN自建&合建数据中心的建设交付。职责涵盖数据中心选址、规划设计、技术选型、交付管理、成本管理的全链条实现，同时从技术侧保障数据中心实现高可用、高可靠、高效率的稳定运行。致力于实现新一代数据中心技术可靠性与先进性双突破，同时推进高性价比、高可靠性数据中心园区建设。

1、负责自建数据中心选址及项目技术管理、协调机房、外部供应商及设计院等按需求进行设计，对项目进行全生命周期技术管理，包括但不限于概念设计、施工及深化方案编制及审核； 2、负责项目报审，变更管理，答疑等关键环节，协调各专业，确保技术及项目平稳交付； 3、协调内部客户需求，结合需求及数据中心技术进行分析及方案比选，提供优化方案，协助国内项目招标采购，制定管理要求及落地技术方向； 4、负责并协同数据中心新技术落地，包括但不限于电气、暖通自控、电力监控、智能化和AI监控、碳中和等； 5、负责项目巡检，支持事故及故障分析，运维及能耗优化；支持技术规范编写及优化，协助数据中心设计标准化。

1、本科及以上学历，电气、暖通、土建结构等相关专业优先，5年以上数据中心设计管理工作经验； 2、熟悉数据中心架构设计、设备选型、冗余配置等，有项目落地经验者优先； 3、具备甲级设计院或第三方IDC运营商项目经验者优先，具备国家注册工程师资格者优先； 4、熟练掌握数据中心主流图纸图集及技术规范，了解业界创新技术及主流技术规划方向； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
