团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCE【Data Center Engineering】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心的技术支撑和CN自建&合建数据中心的建设交付。职责涵盖数据中心选址、规划设计、技术选型、交付管理、成本管理的全链条实现，同时从技术侧保障数据中心实现高可用、高可靠、高效率的稳定运行。致力于实现新一代数据中心技术可靠性与先进性双突破，同时推进高性价比、高可靠性数据中心园区建设。

1、负责数据中心选址及项目前期手续全流程办理与跟踪，涵盖窗口指导、能评等行政审批、大市政接入、运营许可及各类证照办理，保障项目合法合规； 2、制定项目前期手续办理计划，明确各项审批及证照的办理顺序、时间节点、责任人和所需材料，跟进执行进度，及时协调解决问题，避免手续延误影响项目整体进度； 3、配合数据中心项目属地公司设立及资产转固、统计入库等事务办理，常态化归集项目建设运营数据，对接相关部门； 4、研究国家及地方数据中心建设政策法规（能耗、环境、安全等），为手续办理提供政策依据，建立并维护与相关部门的良好关系，及时获取政策动态，为项目提供政策支持； 5、负责前期手续相关文件资料（政策法规、申报材料、批复文件等）的收集、整理与保管，建立完善的文档管理系统，确保文件安全完整，便于查询。

1、本科及以上学历，行政管理、公共关系、项目管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上政府项目手续办理经验，熟悉数据中心项目前期手续办理流程者优先； 3、具备与相关部门沟通协调的丰富经验，熟悉国家和地方关于数据中心建设的政策法规，具备较强的政策解读能力； 4、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
