团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCE【Data Center Engineering】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心的技术支撑和CN自建&合建数据中心的建设交付。职责涵盖数据中心选址、规划设计、技术选型、交付管理、成本管理的全链条实现，同时从技术侧保障数据中心实现高可用、高可靠、高效率的稳定运行。致力于实现新一代数据中心技术可靠性与先进性双突破，同时推进高性价比、高可靠性数据中心园区建设。

1、负责数据中心建设项目从立项开工至竣工交付的全过程工程管理，协调职责范围内相关单位，确保工程建设项目顺利实施，保障机房布线和上架工作顺利进行； 2、协调内部相关部门组建项目组，推动项目实施，制定项目综合进度计划并负责监督执行； 3、参与招投标工作，包括投标入围单位考察、考察报告编写、相关标段评比管理及评标报告编写； 4、负责项目现场的前期手续、安全、进度、质量管理，以及工程指令单、工程签证的审核工作，并配合建设期间各项监督检查工作； 5、负责建设项目竣工验收工作，协助完成各项专项验收并提供相关技术资料，参与项目结算及竣工决算相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，工程管理、土木工程、电气、暖通、等相关专业优先，5年及以上数据中心工作经验； 2、持有PMP、一级建造师等证书，具备第三方数据中心行业园区IDC项目工作经验者优先； 3、具备0-1园区级数据中心项目交付经验，具备前期手续、土建、机电、装修、测试、移交等全过程经验者优先； 4、熟悉数据中心工程管理体系及项目管理体系的搭建与标准化落地，具备丰富的现场问题解决经验； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
