日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：剪映数据与智能团队旨在通过 AI 技术赋能剪映系产品，构建强大的算法能力壁垒。作为剪映系内的算法团队，负责推动整个业务在算法上的迭代与创新，为剪映、CapCut、即梦dreamina、Pippit、醒图等产品提供智能化支持。

1、负责剪映核心特效开发，涵盖互动特效、2D场景特效、美颜美型、虚拟道具、礼物触发特效等多元形态，保障特效在全机型的流畅运行与优质呈现； 2、借助PS/AE工具对动态特效进行修改，包括调整动画节奏、更改特效样式、优化动态过渡效果等，提升动态特效的表现力； 3、熟悉常用AI工具中PE描述词扩写，主导使用自研AI工具完成剪映等产品的素材生产工作； 4、借助AI+（如PS、AE）优化素材处理流程，保障AI生成素材的质量与风格符合产品标准； 5、配合团队进行AI素材分类与标签体系优化，结合AI生成素材的特性（如生成模型类型、提示词关键词），完善标签规则，提升AI素材检索精准度。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数字媒体技术、视觉传达设计、计算机相关专业优先； 2、工具技能： 1）掌握PS、AE基础操作，了解AI工具的PE描述词基本使用； 2）有图形学基础、了解渲染基础知识，了解OpenGL更佳； 3）了解业界最新各种大模型之间差异、特点，以及单个大模型最擅长领域； 4）了解PE（流程卓越）基础理念，能协助梳理工作流程、统计效率数据，有参与流程优化项目或撰写流程文档经验者优先； 3、熟悉JS或者Lua加分，熟悉图形学基础加分； 4、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上；对AIGC在素材生产领域的应用有浓厚兴趣。
