1、负责抖音音乐业务及相关音乐产品的移动端iOS研发； 2、与产品设计配合，深度参与需求评审，功能定制，体验优化等关键讨论； 3、参与iOS性能、体验优化及质量监控评估体系建设； 4、参与iOS基础组件及架构设计，推进研发效率； 5、关注iOS新技术发展，探索及实践，推动团队的技术研究和创新。

1、有良好的编程习惯，代码风格规范，结构清晰； 2、熟练掌握 Objective-C，有Swift经验优先，洞悉语言背后的实现原理； 3、熟悉App开发的主流框架和开发模式，能灵活运用解决业务实际问题； 4、具备良好的业务抽象能力, 能对复杂业务逻辑进行自洽的概念封装； 5、对软件质量和产品体验有强烈的责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力； 6、有独立开发 iOS App 经验者优先；
