1、有良好的编程习惯，代码结构清晰；有良好的架构设计能力，技术判断能力优秀；有敏锐的用户体验直觉，主动发掘并持续优化机制体验； 2、热爱移动产品研发，追求良好的用户体验；责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力； 3、具备熟练的iOS开发经验，深度掌握OC/Swift等开发语言，精通UIKit/SwiftUI/网络/数据库框架； 4、具备跨端技术栈（Lynx/RN/Weex/Flutter等）开发经验者优先； 5、具备完整App生命周期开发经验者优先； 6、具备AI Agent开发经验者优先。
