1、参与Global Payment客户端能力建设，涵盖电商/生活服务收银台、信贷金融、国际短视频支付钱包、独立支付App、AI探索等方向； 2、支付场景：面向跨国家支付规则差异、多支付方式组合及复杂业务场景，参与设计并实现高可靠、高可用的客户端收银台解决方案，持续提升交易成功率、用户支付体验和系统稳定性； 3、金融钱包场景：参与国际短视频支付全球化能力建设，包括账户体系、资金管理、本地钱包能力接入及多国家支付合规能力建设；随着业务持续拓展，助力国际短视频支付从基础支付能力逐步演进为面向用户的金融入口，目标成为全球范围内广泛使用的支付工具之一； 4、架构场景：参与收银台客户端架构治理及基础能力建设，包括动态化渲染、组件化、链路解耦、容器能力、性能优化和稳定性治理，提升系统复用性、可扩展性和整体研发效率； 5、AI场景：参与AI在客户端研发及业务场景中的落地，构建AI驱动的研发与系统能力体系；包括但不限于：基于AI提升研发效率，如代码生成、流程驱动、业务理解等；参与AI Native/Agentic Commerce能力设计与实践，包括面向Agent的交互与能力抽象，并参与行业前沿AI支付能力及业界标准协议的探索与共建；推动AI在支付及金融链路中的智能化能力建设，如决策智能、推荐智能、体验智能等，持续提升工程效率与业务效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的计算机基础，包括数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等基础知识； 3、具备良好的编码习惯和学习能力，能够在指导下完成清晰、稳定、可维护的代码实现； 4、具备较强的问题分析能力和自驱力，愿意深入理解业务逻辑和技术细节； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够清晰表达问题、进展和风险。

加分项 1、熟悉Objective-C或Swift，了解iOS基础开发框架、常用组件和基本开发流程； 2、理解iOS生命周期、UIKit、Runtime、内存管理、多线程、网络请求、数据存储等基础能力； 3、对KMP/CMP跨端开发有兴趣或者实践经验； 4、对AI-Native研发有兴趣或实践经验，包括AI Coding、代码理解、自动化测试生成、知识库建设、研发流程自动化等方向； 5、有互联网产品、交易系统、电商、支付、金融、钱包、风控或基础架构相关实习/项目经验者优先。
