1、负责消费电子售后技术支持管理、技术问题闭环与客户满意度提升，统筹全流程技术支持与问题闭环，建立标准化售后技术支持流程保障问题快速解决； 2、负责重大故障处理和流程优化，保障服务效率、质量与成本可控，支撑产品口碑与售后业务稳定； 3、完善售后服务标准、SLA、工单规范、知识库、FAQ、操作手册等流程体系并落地； 4、定期开展数据分析（质量问题故障总结）识别痛点，对接产品、研发、质量等部门，同步故障数据，推动产品缺陷修复与迭代； 5、参与产品开发阶段可服务性和可维修性评审，输出售后视角需求提升产品售后竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上智能消费电子或硬件产品售后技术支持工作经验； 2、熟悉售后全业务流程：工单流转、远程/现场技术支持、客户投诉处理、备件管理、故障闭环、服务回访等； 3、具备独立搭建售后技术支持体系能力和现场落地支持能力； 4、具备较强的数据收集及复盘分析能力，以及外部团队沟通协同改善能力； 5、自驱能力强，能主动发现问题，推动项目持续改进； 6、认可快速发展阶段的公司文化。
