1、本科及以上学历，理工类，电子类、机械工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、5年及以上通讯、消费电子行业工作经验，4年及以上Sourcing资源开发岗位工作经验； 3、良好的市场分析和洞察力，对上下游市场有较好的预判和行动力； 4、具备较好的商务沟通和谈判能力； 5、有效管理产业上下游供应商，建立和维护良好的供应关系；具备诚实守信的特质，具有较强的工作责任心、良好的职业道德，工作态度认真积极，性格开朗外向； 6、熟悉电子结构物料与芯片类物料的产业情况、生产制程，以及关键技术发展趋势等。
