1、供应商开发：根据产品需求，了解器件或OXM市场动态，对器件或ODM、EMS供应商进行寻源、资料收集、认证准入及合同签署，完成项目供应商选择； 2、预研与品类策略管理：熟悉器件先进技术的开发、成熟状态及行业资源、终端选型情况；结合产业链上下游市场行情、产品技术及供需趋势分析，制定并落地品类采购策略，构建品类采购竞争力，降低TCO； 3、供应商与商务管理：例行组织供应商绩效考核，进行分层分级管理，优化供应商组合，维护良好供应商关系；开展采购需求分析、供应商选型方案制定与执行，策划组织项目招标、议价等商务活动，达成成本目标； 4、成本与交付管理：掌握成本分析方法，建立物料成本基线，跟踪行业市场价格行情变化，管控采购成本；协同采购运营、质量部门完成物料交付保障，跟踪行业供需趋势，进行风险管理，保障项目交付； 5、流程与系统优化：遵守采购流程和规范，提出优化建议并推动效率提升；负责IoT SCM供应商管理等系统的架构梳理、业务方案制定及IT开发落地，拉通IoT供应链系统（SCM、SPA、ERP）与研发/销售的PLM/CRM系统对接； 6、系统与流程管理：对接Sourcing与IT开发工程师，负责优化方案或项目的管理及落地推动；对Sourcing使用IT系统的高效性、易用性负责，对Sourcing流程的完善度、业务遵从性及端到端流程效率负责。

1、本科或以上学历，理工类，电子类、机械工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上通信或消费电子行业工作经验、5年资源开发岗位工作经验； 3、具备良好的市场分析能力与行业感知力，能对上下游市场趋势进行预判并推动落地； 4、具备优秀的商务沟通与谈判能力，能有效管理产业上下游供应商，建立并维护稳定的供应关系； 5、熟悉项目开发流程、项目预算管理、MVA构成、生产制程及技术趋势，掌握IoT产品BOM架构，能熟练应用器件或整机成本模型； 6、诚实守信，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德，工作积极主动，具备探索精神。
