1、负责二次元IP相关作者的运营动作，包括拉新、促活、培优、签约等，对活跃作者规模、投稿质量及粉丝增长等核心数据指标负责； 2、负责二次元角色的挖掘、引入与签约跟进，与IP方建立并维护良好的合作关系，协助其进行内容策划与商业化变现，打造行业案例展示； 3、参与策划并高效落地二次元圈层的线上下重点活动、话题挑战与事件营销，把控活动执行细节与进度，促进核心圈层优质内容的产出与爆发； 4、定期追踪并分析各项日常运营数据，形成业务复盘报告，沉淀并优化标准工作流（SOP）； 5、跨部门高效协同，与产品、市场、审核等团队紧密配合，推动具体运营项目或功能的顺畅落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年互联网内容/作者/IP运营相关工作经验，有扎实的平台运营基本功； 2、执行力强，具备良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够独立拆解任务指标，并形成闭环拿到结果； 3、ACG重度爱好者，熟悉抖音及站外各大平台的二次元内容生态与圈层文化，网感，对热门内容、热梗及用户偏好有的敏感度； 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、同理心，善于协调内外部资源解决执行中的具体问题； 5、自带丰富的二次元创作者/Coser/画师/声优等行业资源，或有成功操盘过垂类爆款活动/账号孵化经验者优先。
