1、负责番茄小说IP衍生品项目全流程运营，包括开发企划、产品设计、打样评审、大货生产、质量查验、上线交付等环节，推动项目按期、高质量落地； 2、制定并落地IP衍生品销售及渠道策略，拓展线下KA、潮玩、谷子渠道及线上电商营销资源，提升商品曝光、购买转化和商业化收入； 3、跟踪行业趋势、产品动态及用户反馈，定期进行数据复盘，沉淀IP衍生品运营方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年IP运营、文娱衍生品运营或相关经验优先； 2、热爱网文、动漫、游戏、潮玩、谷子等行业，对IP商业化和衍生品开发有兴趣及基本审美； 3、具备项目推进和跨团队沟通能力，能协调设计、供应链、商务、渠道、内容等多方资源； 4、数据意识良好，能够通过销售、转化、库存、用户反馈等数据发现问题，并优化运营策略。

加分项： 1、有成功参与IP商业化、文创周边、潮玩、谷子、出版物或内容衍生项目经验； 2、熟悉潮玩、谷子、文创等周边分销渠道，具备一定线下渠道资源或实操经验。
