1、负责公司芯片项目的前端/后端验证，关注自研IP基于覆盖率驱动的深入验证； 2、负责验证计划的制定、环境搭建、激励生成和覆盖率分析，支持软硬件协同验证； 3、负责验证环境和流程的开发和维护。

1、微电子、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上验证经验； 2、熟悉芯片开发/验证流程，精通验证相关EDA工具，熟练掌握UVM等主流验证方法学； 3、精通SystemVerilog硬件设计语言，熟悉C/C++/SystemC建模语言中的一种或以上，熟悉Python/Perl脚本语言； 4、能独立搭建验证平台，完成模块或系统级验证、测试点分解，以及代码/功能覆盖率收集与分析等工作； 5、有过流片经验、Formal形式验证经验者优先； 6、有AI模块级验证、AI推理/训练验证、AI系统功能验证、性能验证经验，或具备Vector Core、Tensor Core、GPU/GPGPU控制调度系统、卡间通讯相关经验者优先。
