1、负责Agent知识问答，包括知识组织、检索、回答、溯源及效果优化； 2、负责创作辅助MCP产品设计，沉淀标准化的资源、工具和接口能力，推动MCP接入各类创作工具，完善权限、版本、监控、文档及开发者体验； 3、协同算法、研发、内容和创作团队，推动产品从方案设计到规模化落地； 4、协同评测运营建立相关评测体系，持续提升准确率、设定一致性、可解释性及响应效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉RAG、Agent、Function Calling及MCP，能够理解API、JSON等技术方案； 3、具备较强的产品抽象、数据分析和复杂项目推进能力； 4、对IP、世界观设定及内容创作有兴趣，能够理解创作者需求； 5、有较强的自驱力、沟通能力和结果意识。
