1、负责游戏IP衍生品的产品整体策划与开发，根据IP特点及用户需求制定选品及产品方案； 2、负责毛绒玩偶、徽章、亚克力、卡牌、服饰、生活方式等全品类衍生品开发； 3、完成产品定义，包括产品形态、尺寸、材质、工艺、包装及价格带等； 4、协同设计、供应商推进产品效果图、打样、监修、修改及量产落地； 5、把控产品品质、成本、MOQ及开发周期，解决打样及生产过程中的工艺问题； 6、关注二次元消费及衍生品市场趋势，持续挖掘新品类、新工艺及产品创意。

1、3年及以上动漫、游戏、潮玩、文创或IP衍生品产品开发经验；应聘请附过往衍生品案例/作品集，并注明本人负责的具体环节； 2、日语N1及以上水平，能作为工作语言； 3、熟悉毛绒、谷子、服饰/生活方式等至少两类产品的材质、工艺及生产流程； 4、有较强的产品策划及审美能力，能够独立推动产品从创意到量产； 5、熟悉二次元文化及用户消费习惯，对动漫、游戏、IP衍生品有较高敏感度； 6、具备供应商沟通、成本控制及多SKU项目管理能力，责任心强，具备良好的跨部门沟通及项目推进能力。

加分项： 1、有动漫/游戏IP正版衍生品开发经验； 2、有毛绒玩偶、谷子类产品完整开发经验； 3、熟悉日本IP监修流程； 4、能熟练使用AI、PS等设计软件，可独立判断设计稿及生产文件。
