团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、参与企业级CMDB、主数据管理平台的整体架构设计，参与应用架构与数据架构的规划落地，制定清晰的架构演进路线图； 2、基于DDD进行领域建模，深度参与系统全生命周期建设，参与方案设计、技术选型及研发落地等核心环节； 3、持续迭代优化平台的性能、稳定性和可扩展性，解决研发过程中遇到的关键技术难点和线上问题，推动研发规范落地，提升团队研发效率和代码质量； 4、关注行业前沿技术动态，将合适的技术方案应用到CMDB/主数据领域，持续提升平台核心竞争力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C/C++、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和并发编程模型； 4、掌握中间件基础用法和原理，包括但不仅限于：gRPC/Dubbo、RocketMQ/Kafka、Redis、MySQL； 5、熟练使用主流AI IDE及AI工具辅助，包括但不仅限于：TRAE、Codex、Claude Code，持续优化个人工作效率，理解大模型能力与局限； 6、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习能力和良好的沟通能力。

加分项 1、有To B等相关业务的生产级项目或实习经验优先； 2、有基于LLM/Agent等实践经验优先，能清晰阐述框架应用、提示词调优及评测方案设计； 3、有开源项目贡献、重要期刊论文、技术专利、高质量技术博客、竞赛获奖等优先。
