1、作为字节跳动全球音视频服务的负责人，负责字节跳动全球音视频架构方案和标准的设计，支持全球音视频的交付和运维工作； 2、带领团队对整体音视频的可用性、可靠性和性能进行持续优化提升； 3、对行业有充分的了解和影响力，能够依据行业趋势及各类需求，对音视频设计和方案进行持续的优化、迭代和创新，保持字节跳动音视频技术的行业先进性； 4、管理供应商和相关预算，保障音视频相关项目的顺利交付和各类指标的达成。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上音视频行业经验，3年以上的团队管理经验； 2、有音视频优化经验者优先，能够对各类音视频质量与性能指标进行优化迭代，并持续提升； 3、有较好的架构能力、文档能力和对行业前沿技术的敏感度，能够带领团队推动音视频架构的升级迭代； 4、有较强的项目管理和交付能力，能对各类项目进行管理，并持续优化相关的流程和各类指标； 5、有音视频自动化经验，熟悉至少一门编程语言者优先，包括但不限于：Golang、Python、C++； 6、英文可以作为工作语言者优先。
