1、负责建设全球IT运维智能监控体系，完善异常识别、预警触发与调度策略，持续提升全天候主动监控能力，驱动运维效率指标优化； 2、结合Metrics、Log、Event、Trace等全链路观测数据，实现全时监控工作台、告警治理、故障协同等全链路的方案设计、能力建设与工程化落地； 3、探索AI/LLM技术在运维场景的实际应用，独立负责智能化方案的需求拆解、方案设计、自动化构建与效果验证，并能够完成小型MVP的闭环落地； 4、跟踪线上效果与关键指标，围绕MTTR等指标改善，持续迭代规则、产品方案与工程实现。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学、信息工程等相关专业优先，具备5年及以上SRE、基础设施运维、监控平台或相关工程化经验； 2、具备AIOps、SRE、监控平台相关实战经验，熟悉可观测体系、告警治理、自动化运维等领域，有监控平台、预警平台、统一工作台或相关产品0-1建设经验者优先； 3、具备较强的场景抽象、数据分析和规则建模能力，能够把业务问题转化为可执行的识别规则、调度策略和产品方案； 4、对AI在运维场景中的应用有理解和实践，熟悉LLM、Agent、RAG、Workflow等方向，具备将智能能力转化为业务MVP或运营提效方案的经验者优先； 5、具备良好的文档表达与跨团队协作能力，能够以指标改善为核心，推动需求评审、方案落地与持续迭代。
