1、本科及以上学历，3年以上间接采购工作经验，具备软件、数据服务采购经验者优先； 2、熟悉IT各品类的供应商市场格局、行业特性及价格水平，具备优质供应商资源储备与拓展能力； 3、具备较强的商务谈判及数据分析能力，能够独立应对采购全流程中的复杂问题； 4、自驱力强，拥有敏锐的问题洞察与解决能力，可主动推进工作目标达成； 5、英语可作为工作语言，读写能力优异；拥有海外工作经验或跨国企业任职背景者优先。
