1、本科及以上学历，计算机或管理类相关专业优先，具备5年以上的IT用户支持经验； 2、具有丰富的Windows、Mac OS操作系统、网络等支持的经验，能够对PC的软硬件问题、网络问题、应用问题等进行故障排查和提供相应的解决方案； 3、具备5年以上的IT服务团队管理经验，有管理外包人员经验优先； 4、较强的流程、质量管理与标准落地能力，保证信息的上传下达与执行； 5、具备一定抗压能力，能够适应多任务、高要求的工作环境； 6、沟通能力强，能够与各种技术或管理人员进行高效沟通，有PMP证书优先。
