1、深入理解机房运维业务，涵盖空调、UPS、配电柜等机房基础设施的监控、巡检、故障告警、资产管控等需求，将业务需求转化为可落地的技术方案； 2、负责系统的性能优化、安全加固，处理线上系统的BUG、故障及性能瓶颈，保障系统7×24稳定可用，满足机房运维的高可靠性要求； 3、配合运维团队完成系统的日常运维、数据备份与恢复、版本更新等工作，提供技术支持，解决运维过程中遇到的系统相关问题； 4、关注行业前沿技术（如运维自动化、智能化、物联网在机房运维中的应用），结合业务实际场景，提出系统优化和技术升级建议； 5、承担运维团队的日常管理，如外包人员值班安排、工作分配等；负责基础设施运维团队建立和运维体系文档输出、优化，确保正常运行； 6、完成上级交付的其他工作。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、自动化等相关专业，2年及以上后台开发或运维系统开发相关工作经验、 2、理解数据中心基础设施管理核心逻辑，熟悉机房动环监控（配电/空调/温湿度/消防）、资产全生命周期、能耗管理（PUE计算）、容量规划、工单管理等核心模块业务； 3、熟练掌握一种主流开发语言（如Java/Go/Python/C++等），理解对应开发语言的内存与线程或并发管理以及特性，能熟练使用对应语言的主流开发框架与工具（如SpringBoot、GRPC/Kitex、Gin/Hertz、Django等），具备一定的代码功底和实战经验，熟悉智能化运维（AIOps）相关技术，有监控告警、故障预测、智能调度等模块开发经验者优先； 4、熟悉MySQL、Redis等常用存储中间件，并了解其基本原理与性能调优；有开源运维工具、平台与工具（如Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana）对接、部署与使用经验； 5、了解机房运维基础常识，熟悉机房常见硬件设备（UPS、精密空调等），掌握至少一种设备通信协议（SNMP/IPMI/SSH/Telnet），有设备对接开发经验者优先； 6、具备较强的逻辑思维能力和沟通协调能力，能高效对接业务端与技术端，推动跨团队协作落地，有一定的英语基础，参与过海外机房建设、运维系统开发经验者优先。
