团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、负责BPO职场办公网络、办公终端、办公场所及IT基础设施的全面安全评估，精准识别环境脆弱点、安全风险及合规隐患，输出专业安全加固方案，并推进合规改造落地； 2、编写BPO职场安全评估、安全优化、安全实施服务相关技术方案、工作总结及专项服务报告，保证文档规范、数据准确、结论清晰； 3、对接业务及BPO职场IT人员，解答信息安全咨询，提供针对性安全解决方案，并对其IT相关人员进行安全技术培训； 4、参与安全相关项目，完成上级分派的各项任务； 5、完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，信息安全、计算机、通信等相关专业，具备3年以上企业信息安全技术相关工作经验； 2、熟悉Linux、Windows、Mac OS全平台系统基本原理，熟练掌握各系统常用操作命令及标准化安全加固方法； 3、精通Windows域控的部署、配置、日常运维及安全管控，具备域环境风险排查与优化能力； 4、精通TCP/IP协议族，熟悉HTTP、HTTPS、SSH、DNS等常用协议原理，掌握网络安全基础架构，具备基础网络规划、优化与设计能力；熟练掌握交换机、路由器、企业防火墙、上网行为管理等网络设备的配置与运维；熟悉NGFW、IPS、IDS、WAF、VPN、堡垒机等主流安全设备，了解EDR终端安全防护软件的应用逻辑； 5、熟悉机房基础设施运维及安全标准，包含UPS供电、精密空调、环境监控、消防系统、强弱电系统等设备的风险排查与合规要求； 6、具备优秀的跨团队协作、工作推进及沟通表达能力，持有CISSP、CISP、CISA等信息安全专业证书者优先；能适应常态化全国职场出差工作。
