1、根据IT的战略和发展规划，设计全面、先进的办公网基础架构，包括网络架构、服务器架构、存储系统、数据中心布局等，确保架构具备高可用性、高性能和可扩展性； 2、评估和选择合适的网络设备、服务器、存储设备等硬件资源，以及操作系统、数据库管理系统等软件平台，制定详细的部署计划； 3、协调内部团队（如网络工程师、系统管理员、安全专家等）和外部供应商的工作，及时解决项目实施过程中出现的问题和风险； 4、负责团队重点项目落地与实施，并保障项目，稳定推进，取得预期效果； 5、定期对办公网基础架构进行性能评估和分析，发现潜在的性能瓶颈和安全隐患，及时提出优化建议并推动实施； 6、对新技术、前沿技术进行探索，结合技术发展趋势和业务变化，适时对架构进行调整和优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、网络工程、通信工程等相关专业，5年以上IT基础架构设计、规划和管理经验（包括网络、服务器、虚拟化、管理工具等），有复杂办公网络架构设计和实施经验者优先； 2、精通网络基础知识，包括TCP/IP协议、路由交换技术、无线网络技术等，熟悉网络拓扑结构和网络设备的选型、配置和管理；掌握SD-WAN、SDN、网络虚拟化等新兴网络技术，并有实际项目实施和管理经验； 3、熟悉DHCP、Radius等办公网络常用协议和服务的原理、配置和优化方法；熟悉服务器架构和操作系统，如Windows Server、Linux等，掌握服务器虚拟化技术（如VMware、KVM、容器等）和云计算技术； 4、具备良好的网络安全知识，熟悉防火墙、入侵检测/防御系统、VPN等安全设备和技术，能够制定和实施有效的网络安全策略；具备良好的性能分析和故障排查能力，能够使用合适的分析工具进行网络诊断和优化； 5、具备自动化运维思维，熟练使用网络拓扑设计工具、系统监控工具和自动化运维工具；熟悉常见的IT监控工具和平台，如Zabbix、Nagios、Prometheus、Grafana等，具备丰富的工具使用和配置经验； 6、具有良好的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够独立分析和解决复杂的技术问题，提出创新性的解决方案；具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，可以较为熟练使用中/英文与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作，推动项目的顺利进行；有较强的项目管理能力，能够制定合理的项目计划，合理分配资源，控制项目进度和质量；具有高度的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受较大的工作压力，保证工作的准确性和及时性；具备良好的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速掌握新的技术和知识，适应不断变化的技术环境。

加分项： 1、具备项目管理经验并具备PMP证书优先； 2、拥有相关的网络技术认证，如CCIE（Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert）、HCIE（Huawei Certified Internetwork Expert）等优先； 3、具有ITIL相关认证优先。
