1、参与公司网络及终端安全工具的日常运维，包括但不限于安全策略配置、设备状态巡检、版本升级、问题排障和效果验证； 2、协助分析安全系统运行数据，发现异常趋势、策略缺口和稳定性风险，推动问题闭环； 3、参与安全运维自动化建设，编写脚本或工具提升工具配置、配置核查、告警处理、数据统计等工作的效率和准确性； 4、配合安全事件响应、攻防演练、合规检查等专项工作，提供安全工具侧的数据支撑、策略调整和运维保障。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、熟悉企业上网安全架构，了解防火墙，安全网关、上网行为管理的核心功能；熟悉URL过滤、应用管控、用户策略、流量管控、审计日志； 3、具备扎实的计算机网络基础，理解TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP/HTTPS、VPN、路由交换、防火墙等常见概念； 4、具备基础安全意识，了解钓鱼、恶意域名、外网攻击、违规上网风险； 5、熟悉自动化脚本或编程语言，如Python、Shell、Go等，能够完成简单的数据处理或自动化任务； 6、对信息安全方向有持续兴趣，愿意深入学习网络安全、终端安全、安全运营和企业安全体系建设。

加分项： 1、有安全工具、网络设备、终端管理平台、日志平台、SIEM/SOC、EDR、NDR、WAF、堡垒机等相关实践经验； 2、了解常见安全风险与防护思路，如漏洞扫描、基线加固、恶意软件防护、钓鱼防护、横向移动检测等； 3、有CTF、安全社团、实验室项目、企业实习或开源项目经历； 4、熟悉Prometheus、Grafana、ELK、Kafka、MySQL、Redis等基础组件，或具备平台运维经验； 5、具备较好的文档能力和沟通协作能力，能清晰描述问题、复盘过程并推动解决。
