日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、基于领域数据，结合项目需求，采用合适的数据增强技术，构建数据集； 2、深度参与Post-train各个环节，提升模型效果，从而提升业务效率； 3、结合任务特点，构建合理的评测数据及机制评测优化后的领域大模型效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、对大模型有兴趣，了解大模型的训练及微调流程，熟悉算法模型开发任务； 3、了解以下一个或多个场景中常见的深度学习算法：推荐系统、广告系统、自然语言处理、计算机视觉； 4、熟悉以下至少一种编程语言：Java，Python，Go；了解至少一种主流框架：PyTorch、TensorFlow、PaddlePaddle； 5、具有独立解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力； 6、有较强的编码能力及算法模型的实现能力，有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。
