团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、本次招聘覆盖IT、CAD、DEV、研发安全四大方向； 2、IT方向：负责芯片研发硬件（算力、存储、硬仿、网络）运维及软件（EDA、License、系统工具）管理相关工作； 3、CAD方向：负责IC设计流程支撑、流程自动化平台开发、各种工艺的K-lib及QA等相关工作； 4、DEV方向：前端基于Vue3或者PyQt5搭建研发可视化、AI助手交互后台，后端使用Python开发服务，对接算力、EDA、大模型接口，参与RAG、芯片研发AI Agent、自动化流程平台开发，迭代内部研发工具； 5、安全方向：搭建研发零信任、数据防泄漏体系，保障芯片IP、工艺库等资产安全。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、微电子、网络安全等相关专业； 2、扎实的计算机学科基础，良好的逻辑思维与问题排查能力； 3、对芯片研发、半导体行业有兴趣，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作意识与沟通能力； 4、通用要求、子方向专项要求： 1）IT：精通Linux研发环境，对集群、存储、网络有一定的了解，有IC研发环境使用或运维经验优先； 2）CAD：了解芯片设计流程，会Shell/Python/TCL脚本优先； 3）DEV：熟练Vue3前端开发；熟练PyQt5图形界面开发；掌握Python及FastAPI/Django等后端框架，熟悉数据库；了解大模型、RAG、Agent开发优先； 4）安全：熟悉终端/数据/网络安全基础，安全项目经历加分。
