团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施DCS【Data Center/Cloud Service/System Service】团队，负责字节跳动全球数据中心全生命周期的运营管理，职责涵盖数据中心运维、服务器管理、资产管理、AI运维平台研发、系统服务、云服务等。致力于为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供高可用、高稳定、高性能、低成本的算力资源。

1、负责园区内IT运维人员管理，依据数据中心规模与日常工作量合理配置人员数量及排班计划；与IM集群主管配合优化集群IT人员结构比例，有效控制加班时长与离职率，并协助完成IT岗面试招聘工作，管理园区日常运维工作效率，确保规定时间内各项现场服务SLA指标的全面达成； 2、负责IT人员能力培养，为IT驻场人员提供技术指导与实操培训，提升IT人员技术能力、操作规范与运维效率；负责现场IT运维执行过程中的风险识别与管理，发掘并汇总潜在风险，并跟进闭环，推动形成园区解决方案，及时汇总反馈园区现场各类IT运维问题，并推动跨团队IT运维问题跟进治理，确保与基础设施、基础运维、资产和质量等团队的现场工作联动； 3、立足现场参与IT运维平台能力建设，提出平台需求、配合测试与上线，并通过现场应用持续反馈平台问题，为平台持续优化提供现场运维依据，提升现场IT运维自动化水平、工作效率与透明度；协助完成运维流程规范与知识库建设，基于现场情况变化持续更新维护运维SOP及风险案例库，提升流程规范与知识库对IT现场运维工作场景的覆盖； 4、根据集群汇报模式与IM集群主管协同配合，及时响应园区现场各类服务需求（参观、审计等）与突发状况（紧急故障响应等），确保园区各类IT运维相关工作有序进行； 5、负责与Colo运营商及IT服务商建立良好的现场合作关系，通过持续有效沟通，为IT创造良好的日常工作与沟通氛围，依据服务商KPI考核目标督促IT现场工作与服务质量持续改进。

1、具备三年及以上数据中心现场IT运维相关工作经验或计算机、通信、电子信息、自动化等相关专业本科学历及以上；具备现场IT运维团队管理经验，能够有效完成现场人员分工、排班调度及加班安排； 2、熟悉服务器硬件架构及工作原理，主流服务器硬件架构（x86、ARM等）及其配套软件；熟悉IT运维工具与自动化平台，具备Shell/Python等脚本编程能力，有运维工具设计、灰度发布与迭代维护实践经验； 3、了解IT基础设施、终端设备、网络基础、硬件更换或维修流程以及现场操作安全规范的应用知识；具备培训赋能与知识传递能力，熟悉SOP/MOP编写、技术文档撰写及运维知识库建设方法；具备良好的流程文档规范意识，能够将现场问题转化为可复用的故障排除指南或优化方案； 4、具备较强的过程管控与SLA达成能力，能够保障团队在既定时效内稳定完成各项现场IT运维任务；具备较强的风险识别与闭环推动能力，能够从共性问题中抽象通用解决方案； 5、具备数据分析与看板管理能力，能够基于运维数据驱动流程优化与效率提升；具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先。
