团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、负责全球办公网络服务的建设交付、网络优化，并对涉及到系统架构中的网络技术提供解决方案，与团队协作，完成重点项目的实施及交付； 2、负责国际化工区网络的规划、建设与运维交付，保障新建/改造工区保质、按时上线，并对上线后的稳定性负责； 3、主导团队重点架构类项目的技术方案设计、跨团队协同与推进落地（如SD-WAN全球升级、DC核心服务管理区分离、监控体系重构、去VMware等）； 4、定期对办公网、DC、骨干网全量网络架构开展风险评估与性能分析，识别性能瓶颈与安全隐患，输出优化方案并推动实施； 5、对新技术、前沿技术进行探索，结合技术发展趋势和业务变化，适时对架构进行调整和优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、网络工程、通信工程等相关专业，5年及以上IT网络架构设计、规划和运维经验； 2、具备良好的中英文沟通与跨团队协同能力，能与全球团队、供应商高效对齐； 3、精通网络基础知识，包括TCP/IP协议、路由交换技术、无线网络技术等，熟悉网络拓扑结构和网络设备的选型、配置和管理； 4、精通IPv4、IPv6等协议栈，熟悉SRv6技术，并具备骨干网的设计、运维经验，掌握SD-WAN、SDN、网络虚拟化等新兴网络技术，并有实际项目实施和管理经验； 5、具有较强的实际操作能力，具有分析解决复杂网络问题的能力，熟悉Huawei、Cisco、F5、Fortinet、Juniper等主流网络厂商产品技术及产品架构； 6、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备良好的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速掌握新的技术和知识，适应不断变化的技术环境。

加分项： 1、具备项目管理经验、并具备PMP证书优先； 2、拥有相关的网络技术认证，如CCIE（Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert）、HCIE（Huawei Certified Internetwork Expert）等优先； 3、熟悉Python/Shell/Go优先。
